All payments are processed through secure methods. UPPERHOME does not store full payment card details.

To ensure service quality and safety, clients must:

- Notify our team in advance about any specific property conditions or restrictions.
- Supervise pets, valuables, and fragile items during service.
UPPERHOME is not liable for damages resulting from unsafe conditions or undisclosed property issues.
